Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your retail purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We're not time travelers, after all!

Return Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be as pristine as a unicorn in a bubble bath (unused). If you haven't even whispered sweet nothings to the original box or peeked beneath the seal, you're on the right track. We need that receipt, too, or else we might mistake your return for a magical mystery box delivery!

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They've got enough on their plate dealing with all those faulty magic wands.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, like when someone's dog decides your book is a chew toy or when an item takes a detour through the Bermuda Triangle and comes back looking like it fought a kraken.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we've received your return, we'll send you an email faster than a wizard casting a spell to let you know we've got it. Then, we'll either do a happy dance and approve your refund or gently break the news if we can't. If approved, your bank account will soon be showered with credits like confetti at a celebration!

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund seems to be on an extended vacation, first check your bank account. Then, give them a friendly nudge. Sometimes refunds need a little encouragement, like coaxing a snail out of its shell. If all else fails, drop us a line at info@sukaistore.com. We're like the Sherlock Holmes of missing refunds!

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can join the refund party. Sale items are the wallflowers at this shindig, unfortunately.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We're like the fairy godmother of exchanges, but only for defective or damaged items. If your item is feeling under the weather, shoot us an email at info@sukaistore.com, and we'll work our magic.

You'll be the brave knight responsible for slaying shipping costs. Sorry, they're not refundable! But hey, if you're shipping something fit for a royal, consider a trackable service or insurance. We don't want your package getting lost in the enchanted forest!
